TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THIS CONTRACT

The described privileges shall be offered and provided indefinitely subject to four months 'written notice of cancellation by either the Partner or Key-2 Luxury. Any other changes to these terms or the described privileges must be agreed by both Parties and in writing;

All information collected by Key-2 Luxury will be treated with the strictest of confidence. The Partner agrees to treat all information regarding Key-2 Luxury's business and procedures with the strictest of confidence. The Partner acknowledges and agrees that card holders' details are confidential and shall not be stored, reproduced or used for any purpose;

The Partner agrees to provide and update Key-2 Luxury with the latest versions of the Promotional Material;

The joining price to become a Partner is subject to change at any time;

The Partner shall ensure that ALL members of staff, employed directly or otherwise, recognise the Champagne for Life membership card and are aware of the privileges offered by the Partner;

Key-2 Luxury shall use the Promotional Material to promote the described privileges offered via its Cocktails4Life website. Key-2 Luxury may decide at its sole discretion to use the Promotional Material in and through other promotional articles, mediums or projects;

The Partner grants a non-exclusive licence to Key-2 Luxury to hold and use the Promotional Material until this arrangement is terminated by either Party under these terms and conditions;

Key-2 Luxury reserves the right to remove the Partner's Promotional Material from any promotional medium of Cocktails4Life, including the website, if it believes that to do so would be in the best interests of Key-2 Luxury's business or its card holders;

Any dispute arising from or in relation to this arrangement shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes;

Up on acceptance of your application by Key-2 Luxury, the content of this letter shall be the entire agreement between the partner and Key-2 Luxury;

An agreement at the time of activation states that all members should continue to drink at a bar where they have received their complimentary champagne for at least another full priced drink, or bring full paying non members with them.
